Johnson Tiles has announced the proposal to reduce staffing levels, as part of a programme of 'restructuring'. It is understood staff at the factory, which employs 418 workers were told the news in a meeting last week when a 30 day consultation period was announced. The company have blamed the rising cost of energy as a key factor in their decision.
