Hi there,
I am adding a tiled floor to a bathroom with existing tiled walls. The old timber skirting has been removed and I intend continuing the floor tiles ( cut down) up the wall as a tiled skirting. Problem is the wall tiles are 150mm ssquare and the floor tiles 330 square so the joints will be all over the place where the wall tiles meet the skirting tiles. My question is do I:-
1) Cut the skirting floor tiles to a size to match the wall tiles or
2) Add a trim between the top of the skirting tiles and the wall tiles to make a visual break or
3) Not look at the skirtings or
4) Any other ideas please
The skirtings will only be about 65mm high
