Just wanted your thoughts on a job I've been to measure up tonight.
Bathroom one, 19 sqm basic white ceramics, cutting round one door and into one window, as standard as it gets really.
Bathroom 2, en-suite, 18 sqm, same again as above.
I have the option of having both bathrooms totally empty to tile, ie, no bath, sink or toilet, though Im unable to see as yet what prep work would be needed, if any.
If I do this job I'll probably get a large full kitchen to do too, but that's probably a couple of months away.
Only thing is the jobs not local, it's a 60 odd mile round trip each day for me "a lad I work with, it's his mum n dads house", so In one way Im going to do it a bit on the lower cost side, but the amount of travel time and fuel will probably bring it back to a standard price maybe.
So rough ideas of what you'd price for this if you can.
Another question, if you had the option of a full blank room to tile on, would you want the bath fitted first and tile from the bath up etc, or would you prefer totaly empty to tile, then the customer having the bathroom suite fitted afterwards.
Cheers for replies guys n gals
