Founded in 1957, Çanakkale Seramik & Kalebodur is one of the longest-established industry corporations of Turkey as the first establishment of the Kale Group who also pioneered in creating a floor ceramic sector in Turkey with Kalebodur in 1972 and enhanced its leadership in the sector. With on-going investments, its capacity has reached 62 million m2 annually. The Group that realizes its ceramic production in the Kaleseramik factories with 45 factories built on 1.250.000 m2 open area is the world's largest ceramic producer operating in one field of production. The ceramic factory produces 2.000 varieties of floor tiles and 1.350 varieties of wall tiles, introducing the consumers approximately 200 brand new products each year Beginning exports in 1962, The Group today exports nearly 4% of its production of coating materials across 65 countries in 5 continents.

The Kale Group who began its activities in its first factory in Çan of Çanakkale in 1957; is today celebrating its 50th anniversary as an "industry giant" as one of the world�s leading ceramic producers. In its 50th year, Kale Group continues to invest in the ceramic sector in order to assist its growth. Alongside its facilities in Turkey, The Group is recently establishing a ceramic adhesives factory in Russia and has five operating showrooms around the world.
