Just done my first Kickboxing grading tonight and got my first belt...Those black belts look a looooooong way off..Ha ha :lol: I think im to old for this!!!

Well done mate. My mate has his comeback fight this week. Quite why he feels he needs to fight again at 38 i have no idea but ill give him his due he is awesome!

I didnt realise that kick boxing had gradings ,I go to watch a lot of the kickboxing shows in my area,great night out ,well done for getting your grades you must be very fit

Im 44 and try to keep fit...Do a fair bit of cycling and running!!

I'm 48, keep myself fit with running, cardio and circuit training, thought about going back to karate....was just a thought, been out of it for too many years, no chance of doing decent kicks, may get to knee height.

I know what you mean about kicking..took me a while to get my legs stretched to kick to head height. Im quite flexible now.

Started doing krav maga end of last year, keeping me very fit indeed... love it
