hi guys , im no tiler but abt to tile my kitchen around the worktops with 4 inch sq tiles, question one ,, the wall will take 20 tiles across now do i lay 20 straight across or can i build up a few courses then go across,
(q2) as they are such small tiles is it best to put addi to tiles or to wall (q3) by how much tile should i allow to go under electric plug thx for any help
you dont have to go all the way across in one go , you can tile up as well but dont go straight up as your tiles may go crooked. i'd trowel the wall about a metre square and tile that first. as for the socket, tile up to the back box and the socket face will cover the cuts. hope this makes sense
