I once used it. But personally I won't be using it, unless my boss askes me. Its really time consuming, and adds to the costs. And if you would need it, for floors that are not levelled well, it lacks the power to lift the tiles (in my case 80cm*80cm). The lash breaks when tightening these ceramic tiles.
And you surely don't need it on well levelled floor (good chape).
