My question was on the grout. Its a light colour on the kitchen floor. Whats to stop the dreaded dirrrrt do you seal? I did light grout on the downstairs bathroom floor and its gone a bit dark and patchy.

Its what the client wanted, Looks nice but time will tell. I have told them that it will be a constant up keep. Saying that I did one a year ago in same grout and saw it recently, it was still clean....Mapei Jasmine

Yes mate and just got some cheap blades that are proving to be 1st class and may even say better than original.

i would vote for you lumpy v nice is that the belbroughton job

and yes the blades are v good thank you big lump for the trial

i have given them some stick last week and they are just as good as the Official blades

Ahh Cheers Chris, I was wondering if i was being biased about the blades but my brother said they were good and I say so too, now you have confirmed it. Ta !

No mate this was on Lakeside, that one in Belbroughton should have had some nice travertine but they went with plain basic porcelain. That house was crying out for some stone but theres no accounting for taste.

i was stripping the house with then skirting from behind rads etc and from behind v nasty 40 year old toilets etc and cleaning up ripped down plasterboards in fact i even did a copper pipe with one rattled mmmy teeth a bit but did it and they lasted well
