Laying insulation matting under tiles

I have been asked to lay a rolled insulation matting under tiles in a bathroom with a ply sub floor. The customer has supplied this and I have not used it before. Does anyone know the best way to lay the matting. I was just going to use the same rapid set flexible adhesive that I have for the tiles. Any input greatly appreciated

No, I haven't got a clue. It's obviously been cut from a roll and sold by the meter. It's got yellow threading on one side (similar to warm up matts) and clear plastic on the other with round air pods (kind of like bubble wrap but bigger pods) on the reverse. It was supplied as a recommendation by the general builder, who I don't know, and I need to fit it Monday
