there was a black tile run of different tiles through the middle which had been dotted but to my knowledge the rest are not, you can see this by some of the other pictures. The pipes are still live that are exposed and he had run the water and there are no leaks.
He has been back and taken that run of tiles off as shown in the picture to prove there was no leak from the pipes but now will not take responsibility for the problem and wants to charge to re grout(hopefully if that is the problem) and to re fix the tiles he has removed. He is blaming the metal strips.
