Limestone cleaning issue?

Hey guys, can anyone advise on the best way to deal with this? The tiles have been down for some time and were originally sealed with 'feder 930' that was supplied with the stone. The customer has asked me what the best products to use are etc
the tile has a greasy sort of coating that seems to attract dirt. Under furniture etc where there's little foot traffic it seems ok.
i presume it needs to be stripped back and resealed but what are the best products to use? This was not my job I'm just tryin to help out, the customer has an industrial cleaner/scrubber, any suggestions?

Cleaning isn't for the faint hearted if you have not done it before , then use the wrong product and you will have a hefty bill on your hands.

if its a heavy duty seal you could try wax off from lithofin.
if that wont shift it nitrmors is as strong as anything but cant be used with a scrub machine
