Anyone else find when you knock the clips out they chip the tiles ?

Try using a rubber hammer instead

Use 2mm spacers with them. They're porcelanosa wall tiles.

Anyone else find when you knock the clips out they chip the tiles ? Using 1m long tiles at the moment and went back to fixing them the normal way as got fed up of them chipping tiles in the last bathroom.

It happened to me two times in 5 years. always lining walls, tiles 100x30 porcelanosa rectified. probably, soft material, possibility chipping. Now, when I see similar tiles, 1mm clips use, add 2 mm spacer cross, I solved the problem. I always use a rubber hammer to remove.

I think the problem, both the rectification, the side is precisely to 90 °, or less.
and clip, working too close to the enamelling
