How long after floor tiling slate tiles onto ditra do you leave it before sealing?

Did you use rapidset or standard set? I will usually clean off next day, then seal later that day. Don't forget to seal once prior to, then again after grouting. Make sure the slate is absolutely clean prior to sealing though

Lithofin slate seal is a topical sealer and the stone must be dry before sealing .. one coat is required.. i would say min 48 hrs before sealing and as above make sure it is clean..

Thank you everyone for all your helpful replies. The reason I asked is because it says "average waiting times on new surfaces - up to 8 weeks" on the tin!
