Hey guys, just been out to price up my first job.

Small downstairs toilet, comprising of just the toilet and a sink.

Customer only wants the room tiling halfway up from the floor, nice simple job really, but with it being my first price up my heads gone a bit and just need to make sure im working everything out right, lol

Measured all walls to be tiles around the room.

2ft 8"
2ft 8"
3ft
6ft

all by 3ft 6" drop

Just checking my calculations, lol

I get 14ft 4" all around the room = 4.39 meters
Depth 3ft 6" = 0.975 meters

giving me 4.28 sqm

Customer has not choosen tiles yet, told them to look in Topps and I can get them with discount "Gaz" :D

Sorry to waffle on, just with it being my first propper price up I feel like Im doing something wrong, lol

What would you lot charge for a small job like this ?, or have I dropped a bomb in my workings out, lol

You need 4.7m tiles, this includes 10% for waste and spares.priced at £150/£170 including material seems fair....good luck Adam

She said she was going to the Chorley branch, I said I always use Preston as their a great bunch especially you Gaz mate :p , but she seemed insistant to goto Chorley.

If she does what I said she's only choosing the tiles and not buying them, so I would guess whatever Chorley have, Preston branch would have the same ?????

Is that right Gaz ?
