Hi mate,

Yeah think i will do that course as well, then do friends and family's jobs and put myself out there for free helping pro tilers at weekends and stuff....then maybe do another course elswhere.

So what are your plans now mate?/

Well I got back from the course last night mate,loved it.I'm going to do my mums kitchen, bathroom and hallway for the practise,I've got the natural stone course with them on the 19th of May and in between that time I'm gonna get my business cards,t-shirts and car sign writing done.Then I'm just going for it ,I'll hammer all the ways Darren teaches you to find work.
I felt for myself personally theres no need to start doing courses elsewhere after cause the course gave me bags of confidence.Unfortunatley you can't buy experience so the only way to get it is to get out there and get stuck in.

Your NVQ is an assessment procedure whilst you work. No college involved or anything 🙂

Brilliant, cheers guy's your advice helps alot, and yeah iv'e got a couple of work mates even now before ive even done the course saying that i can do their bathroom etc when i finish the course for practice..:shades_smile:
