Looking to gain new skills.

Hi everyone. Just signed up and new to all this.
I have just been made redundant and I am looking to gain new skills.
I'm looking for courses in the north as I am from Scotland. I have read thet NETT seem to have a pretty good reputation but does anyone know about a course in Grangemouth called learn2tile? Any advise/help would be appriciated.
