Lost quote

Supposed to be quoting a bathroom tonight but the customer has canceled because he has already accepted a price from another tiler! Fair enough. He then tells me this tiler is unreliable because he didn't turn up on time for the quote but asked if he can ring me again if this tiler doesn't get back to him!!! Duh, why employ someone.................
