Low level shower tray

Hi, new to forum & would like a little advise. A customer wants 2 bathroom installations & wants walk in showers but with tiled trays set at about 3" from the floor level, can anyone advise on a good make of shower tray that would be most suitable. I want one at 1700mm x 760mm & one at 1550mm x 760mm.

Wedi Plano is 65mm high. You can extend them with more Wedi board. Probably CTD Leeds will get you them.
