So what do you have in your lunch box? is it healthy? fattening? or toxic lol

hmm,generally a peice of some sort,2 bits of fruit,juice ,crisps and a biccy nowt excitin

I never stop for lunch..... always have a good breakfast , then a few bits of fruit keeps me going till dinner time. I'm a bit of a fitness freek, and this works a treat for me. Although i always have a glass or two of wine or a jack n ice with dinner.

A tin of mackerel fillets in tomato sauce and an Apple for lunch..

Yep same every day.. and i feel great for it..

Try to eat salad and cold meat rolls rather than the chippie at lunch

mix it up during the week sometimes i bring a packed lunch ,sometimes i use the cafe as its good to get off site sometimes for a coffee and a read of the paper and then site manager cant over hear what you are saying on the phone lol

lol,i worked with a plumber one day a month ago and he ate them right out the tin,he was stinking lol

I remember a mechanic who just bought a loaf, cold meat and butter. He would make up sandwiches with his oil stained hands and by the time he was finished the bread was black. Not pretty to watch him eating uke:

normally just take some fruit and eat it when I get a chance, 'cos I'm only working school hours these days I don't have a lunch break as such.

lettuce, tomato, cucumber, some creamy pasta thingy or cheese, tuna, packet of crisps and a small choc bar, all washed down with a can of diet coke. probably the nicest lunches i've ever had. occasionally i'll go and get a sandwich or pie from the shop if i want comfort food, but that's only once a month.
