All of the above had a meat pie and coke for lunch

Never eat lunch- it's for wimps! Eat a good breakfast and a hearty evening meal (I know I should reverse the triangle - but stuff that - I just can't be bothered stopping to eat).

I don't eat Breakfast or Lunch that often at all. Normally just have a nice dinner. mmmmm

Yesterday I didn't eat a thing! Still haven't today yet but it sounds like I'm off to Frankie's and Bennys.

Non Liz, even after 12 pints of stella at the weekend. 8 normally in the week. The odd day off to clear my chest as I smoke like a chimney when drinking.

I've always ate very little, used to be 9 stone when I was 22/23. Mostly always have one big meal about now (just been F&B's mmmm) and nowt else. Never been a breakfast person, anything I make in the morning I have a couple of mouthfuls and I'm done. Prefer lots of Tea.

I do drink plenty of water during the day as well as tea though.

Not really to be honest Liz. I take multivitamins though. I have the odd spurt making smoothies yum yum but they're a maul really for a drink compared to the old carnation pop.

Don't really eat much meat either to be honest lol Spagbol, the odd bacon sarnie, and sausages with sunday dinners haha

well im the opposite to dan i need feeding every 4 hours, always have breakfast, lunch is a sarnie (cheese or ham), pack of crisp and a apple.

Well I know what Peckers has for lunch, here goes.
Monday lunch we were sitting on a bench on a nice peaceful village green, this was interupted by a gagging and spitting coming from the other end of the bench. Steve had picked up a pack of sarnies that had been in the van for a week, yep 1 week old egg sarnies,omg they were rancid.
Spoilt my lunch that day and the next days lunch, which was egg..
So the moral of this story is, If your to scared to take your uneaten sarnies home to the wife, don't leave them in the van lol!!!

I have porridge at 6am, and for lunch tuna with mixed beans, chopped onions, peppers, bit of light mayo...bit of cayenne pepper mixed in. And if im going running, cycling, kickboxing in the evening i have couple of bananas at 3pm!!

whatever the wife makes me she,s up at 6 every mornin sortin out mine and my sons butties .always have brekky/dinner/ and tea. im quite partial to my home cooked grub :44:

Worked with a guy years ago and his live in girlfriend would make him salmon sandwiches and other posh sarnies....

He never used to eat them so at the end
of the day he was going to throw them, nah, give em hear and munched all the way home

3 espresso coffee and four ginger nuts
hot pork sandwitch flat jack
roast chicken with yorkie puds roast gravy sweetcorn + 5 a day greens ( Stella tonight )
now just having a glass of cider then bed with a chunk of 90 % dark choc
