Stokes tiles have sent out an independant expert and seems to think there aee nano pores which are filling with dirt but most cleaners either take the dirt away and leave a shadow under the high shine or do not get thedirt out so he is talking to the manufacturers. I have told him i want hem cleaning repolishing and sealing . What does everyone think ?

We have now had stokes tiles out they have cleaned the whole white polished porcelain floor and sealed it . That was 6 weeks ago and the black marks or shadows are reappearing. Now either side of the grout there are dark shadows appearing along the tiles

hi lynne im a bit confused i think i just answered a question you raised about topps selling you wrong products and now you have a problem with stokes tilea also on another job?

did you do both these jobs yourself can i ask
