Buying stuff via websites and Ebay rules my life. I rarely have time to get to the store I need for the product I want .
Happily I know if I want tiling products...tools= Tradetiler, Tiles and adhesive = Tiletown. Obscure stuff that I cant get from those 2 stores usually it comes to Ebay or Amazon.
Anyway todays moan is this ....I ordered some sanding discs and I thought I would use a website and company dedicated to this type of product....I filled in the order and paid...payment accepted and invoice arrived. Now for some reason I thought I would order a second product ...same product but from Ebay. Payment made and invoice arrived. This was yesterday afternoon.......Today A parcel from Ebay seller arrived and as expected nice quality. As for the company that is the " specialist" , I received an email at 4.07pm today saying they were out of stock ???? So why take my order and why has it taken over 24 hours to tell me they are out of stock ?
I know Ebay can get some bad reports now and again but on the whole its a god send to me......as for the larger parcels and couriers well thats a whole new moaning session. Dont get me started on couriers !
