Get down the shop and buy tubes of 'Harib orange effervescent tablets', they are rammed with vitimin c. Pop them in water and drink before you go to bed and first thing in the morning.
I've found they are great at shifting stubborn bugs and colds.

Well after smacking out a total of 143 hours in the kast 9 days on DIY SOS im taking this week off anyway. I need some rest, regardless of being ill. Going to get some snagging done on a coupke of jobs and a stack liad of admin and quotes to do.
