must be a misprint on the bags there - normally they are spot on with their printed bag instructions. one thing you will always find makes good adhesive-best! is to always mix it a little wet and then let it stand ( slake ) for about 10 minutes and the mix it again until you acheive the final consistancy your happy with. this will make it even nicer to use reduce slip & slump and improve pot life etc.

also if you do use an electric mixer, mix at around 350/400 rpm otherwise you might just whip it to cream & lock in small air bubble that make it weaker when set.
