Mapei grout

It's about 40 miles to my nearest, even if I have it delivered, it's still cheaper than the others. I just need to plan ahead a little as it takes a couple of days to arrive.

The grout 3000? No patching issues, did have one bag go off in the bucket but, that was when we had that hot weather in July. I've had one bathroom go patchy on me with UCP jasmine, that was when I lost my faith in it.

I've had patching with webber, even removing all surface moisture it can still happen... Grout 3000 it is from now on!

Weber is the worst of the lot, their adhesives and SLC's are some of the best around, the grout is horrid.

I just started using Weber grout Bri & I think it's good stuff, only used the grey though.

Got to agree with Bri with Webber grout, just could'nt get on with it....

Ive had two micromax 2 jobs go patchy on me,pebble was one and smoke was the other.(Walls were patchy yet the floor looked fine ???? Bal seemed to think there was contamination coming from the actual wall tile...............hhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!)

I thought it was nice to use, a lot better than Mapei as its a wall & floor grout.

Takes ages to set up in the joints but, dries on the tile face too quickly, which makes washing off a pain. It has a nice consistency and is easy to apply but, as with UCP, the trouble comes at washing off time.

I haven't had any bother with it Bri, I used it on a kitchen slashback last week & it did dry quick on the tile face (porcelain) but the grout lines were really good, I went back & siliconed yesterday & checked it over & was fine.
Used it on a few floors now without a problem.
I want to try tile master 3000, might order a couple of bags.
