I'm with Tubs on this one i'm well confused.

overboarded ply = Mapeker or Keraquick

I called Mapei this week and they confirmed Mapeker is fine for overboarded floors, so what is the point of Keraquick?

Perhaps Mapei can shed some light on this?

i'm with Tubs there is confusion and i'd like to know before i make a costly mistake.

The only confusion is, it seems you are trying to save costs by using mapeker...????

Use keraquick like you would have before then there is no risk...

Mapeker might be suitable because it is that modified compared to other rapidsets but c,mon you are the tiler here and use what product is purposely designed for the job..

Yes! mapeker maybe capable of doing it but keraquick will do it better is all i'm saying...

So use the adhesive that deffo works without the risk...

in somple my type terms

they have upgraded mapiker so it can do what kerraquick can but only just

sorry lads but i would never use any water based adhesive directly onto plywood i've seen too many jobs where the tiles have de-bonded,i either use latex plus or cover the floor with ditra matting first, they made these products for a reason and not just to make more money, costs a bit more but i,ve never had to go back to a job to re-stick loose tiles,
toon army,
