Marble floor price help

I'v just priced up a 45msq floor, Job consists of removal of 37msq old floor boards (as the builder says he's not going to do it now) and replace with 25mm ply with extra noggins. Lay 45 msq dita. Tile with 45msq marble in a opus pattern, going through kitchen, into uility room (the only doorway), and into a conservatory. I'v priced at £3500 included in that is all materials, except tiles. Does that sound a fair price, your advice is appreciated.

sounds good to me phil,in regards to the ditra i started a thread yesterday on genesis g mats,seems ctd are doing them a fair bit cheaper than ditra this might give you more cash in your pocket as well good luck hope you get it

Cheers kilty, I get ditra for £8msq, how much is the g mat at ctd?

prices from members ob here range from 150 to 200 for a 30 metre roll so 5 a metre to 7 a metre
