i always try and split the retail and trade cosst difference if its a job i have landed with my labour price being in my favour

diff scenarios on jobs however sometimes i can make up losses on lower labour costs used to land the work by charging retail for materials

bugger when they accept your quote, and drop the 'ive decided to get my own tiles' bomb shell....and your stuck with the crap labour price..
