Might be a low mod Silicon Charlie, don't think you will get much of a shine from that.
Boys use black at our work, think its everbuild gear as they don't pay a lot of money for it.

Only way would be to use a roofing mastic which is low modulus non acetoxy (neutral curing) and cures a Matt finish. Where is it wanted?

The only black matt Silicon available in UK would be OTTOSEAL S70 .There are only one or two companies selling their gear in here , don't know if I can mentioned suppliers on forum so just google it .Thanks.Damian

Stonetools still sell ottoseal Silicon but don't appear to have the anthracite Matt black in the Otto range that you are after. Sure you can do special order with them

everbuild do a black matt Silicon its not roofing mastic its interior Silicon i beleive seen it installed looked good
