Its only been launched this week so I cant imagine that they're revising it already. Perhaps you were using the original micromax and your supplier hasnt got Micromax 2 in yet?

Not used it yet, but nearly had a cardiac arrest when I saw the price. I have always used Bal Micromax, but have now moved onto Mapei till BAL decide to price a little more realistically. I knew the shortcomings of the original i.e. gritty, scratching metal trim etc, but I managed to deal with it ok and was getting it at a reasonable price.

Getting my free bag tomorrow so will have a chance to see it in action. Regardless of how good it is, if the price aint right, I aint buying it. You listening at BAL?

Quite , nearly tried it yesterday on my own floor ( 2.5m² bathroom floor ) , but at <cough> 15 quid </cough> for a 5 Kg bag I decided to put the money to better use by buying me and the mrs some creams cakes on the way home.

I tried it yesterday on a small job. I used the white but it didnt seem as white as i would like...sort of off white instead.
Other than that it was ok to work with and washed off nicely. The joints filled nicely and left a good finish.
