and i bet she stays that way steve!! grumpys right tho, just pre empt her mate. you can guarantee she'll have a quibble or two at the end of the job so be prepared. other than that when she's happy she'll be a good referal and one to tell people about!

OoooOOooooo That's a tricky one.

a) if you do a really good job - you've got the best person there recommending you - I bet her mates know her tradespeople are the best in their game if she's used them.

b) if you do a bad job; you'll know about it untill the day it's put right or you cut your losses - and the theory of a bad job get's told to 10 people and a good job only one would go right out the window - I think you'd get 10 recommends if you did a good job but 1,000 letters in local doors warning them of you if you did a bad one lol.

I'd go for it I think. It's just another customers with another pile of tiles fitting to another floor with more adhesive and blah blah blah - what can go wrong?
