I have exactly the same problems as you. especially the tile chipping near the breaker, its a right pain. i bought the 700 from tt and really wish i had got the tx instead, the tile stop is great and the action is really quick but the reliability of cuts is absolute pants. i think a lot is to do with setting the depth correctly but still dont trust it.
kicking myself now.

I lent mine to a mate of my dads who has been using rubis for years. He rang me tonight after doing a 2 day porcelain balcony job in 600x300 and his words were 'you have lost that cutter' He loved it.

Ill be putting him onto TT to get his own though
