Discuss Mosaic Floor Tiles Adhesive Thickness in the Best Floor Tiles area at TilersForums.com.

Firstly hi, my first post on this forum.
I have a bathroom floor to tile , standard bathroom not a wetroom.
The floor tiles are a circular mosaic. The floor is ply'd out , I will be checking for level on Tuesday and if required will level with slc .
Now then I understand that using mosaics you would use a smaller notch to avoid adhesive coming through onto the tile, but I always thought you needed a certain thickness of adhesive on wooden floors.
Any advise
