a 6mm cement sheet if the boards are solid which i doubt they are..check the boards and lift and add dwangs if needed then 6mm cement sheet it....your then going to have to level the concrete floor to bring it up to your cement sheeted height with self levelling compound

do you have a tiler involved in this project?

Kilty thank you for your advice .It is v frustrating and I think its all going to have to come up. Haven't got the budget for that right now though. Is there anything you can suggest in the mean time to help with the movement until then ???

You wont stop the movement untill the floor comes up.
