Actually a good worker, very keen and not as bad as his online persona.
I think we have to ask ourself , would we prefer someone who is happy with being on benefits and the dole or someone who will at least try to earn his money. He came over very much as the later and good for him.
I really wish there were more I could do to help but lets face it. I havent made any extra money today, in fact I have earned less due to having to watch over him.
Maybe on another job that needs a labourer I would take him on and pay him. He would have to watch then and ask questions. Today I let him tile a small floor and a small wall. He also did some grouting . He did better than I expected.
he wil be with me for the next 2 days and I will find him something in the way of compensation for his efforts.
