Evening folks, I wanted to know if any of you have an opinions on tiling onto this type of backer board as opposed to the usual suspects it's relatively new to me and seems like a great product

I used it recently on a BAL focus group day. Definitely FAR easier to cut than HB/NMP etc and lighter too.
Still only water-resistant though.

Hi Impish, did you download and read the technical leaflet for it, water does it no harm at all and in wet rooms etc you would still need to tank anyway no matter what backer you use.

wouldn't need to tank a waterproof board like kerdi/wedi. just tape seams and fasteners! sorry, not a fan of water resistant board. seen too many failures over the years due to dodgy claims by sellers. not the boards fault i know...
