My first large job, help with pricing

[Ultimate Tiling]

Hi can anybody give me a guide of what to quote for some work on a new build project.

As follows

112 m2 walls split over 3 bathrooms and 2 ensuites.
78m2 Floor tiles split over 10 rooms being 6.4,4,6,4,7,8,4,8,16,17m2

All tiles are 50 x 30 ceramics onto newly plastered walls and the floors already plied or screed.

The developer want all the work doing in a month, do you think this is possible with 2 tilers getting stuck in?

sounds like a nice job with 2 tilers on job should be fine in getting it finished within a month i would go in on a m2 price on this one price sensibly could lead to more work good luck on that one

you will do that no problem in a month m8,do some longer hours and you will get it finished a little quicker,better still get a labourer to do your mixing and fetching,then you are quids in.Cracking job btw .

Iye, you will be fine, infact you might have it done and dusted in less.

You should be fine with the right squad, My Brother and myself just knocked out 100m2 spread over 4 toilets floor to ceiling and 2 splashbacks, in a week for another TF member

hi andy, if it was us would be looking at quoting around the 4000 quid mark, and i would look at getting someone to do the mixing for us, good luck, let us know how you get on

Hi Me and a tiler friend went in at £4,500, the bloke had a few tilers look around so we didnt really expect to hear anything really.
We could have done it abit cheaper only the first fix plumbing was in so an easy job really.
Still get a couple of jobs booked in so i'll keep plodding on!
