if money wasn't a problem you would have thought the guy would have got the job done through recomendation. maybe the romanian talked him into it with the offer of a rock down price.
imo the sooner we get rid of these idiots the better off we will all be.
yes we can make a living picking up the pieces but i would much sooner get paid a good days wage for doing a pucker job from start to finish that you and the customer can be proud of.
