Hi Phil it looks very good mate, you might want to check the punctuation and correct it.
You want it to look professional and in my opinion bad punctuation jumps out at you.

We are a Tiling Contractor based in Poynton Cheshire.

Should read, We are tiling contractors based in Poynton.

We first opened for business in 2005, and have been serving the Cheshire, and Manchester areas ever since.
We are fast becoming, one of the areas most trusted tiling companies in the area.
All of our work is guaranteed, and we are fully insured.
We offer a full range of services, ranging from a small splash back, to a full bathroom refurb, and everything in between.
We can offer you a no obligation estimate, so contact us for more information.

Take out the commas Phil, you have far too many.

The three shops i recommend for buying your tiles. Change the i to I.

Testimonials Might be good if you included the customers geographical area and name.

Overall I like it Phil, neat and to the point.
Hope you don't take offence Phil, its not intended mate.

As above plus re. Services I would maybe expand on it slightly ( but not too much).

  • All types of wall and floor tiling maybe emphasise natural stone & full preparation. Do you offer the service of uplifting old tiles and floor coverings?
  • Full bathroom refurbs maybe emphasise design advice, plumbing, electrical, plastering ceilings, impartial buying advice ( if you offer those services of course).
  • Wetroom installations
  • Underfloor heating installation
Please get in touch with us for more information reminder of phone number, link to email, contact days & times.

Some of the stuff above may seem obvious but it's easy to forget the average customer knows very little of what's involved in projects like bathroom refurbishment so the 'bleeding obvious' is usually the best option. Jusy my opinion though.

Hi phil, doesn't look bad at all,
Get editing them points above and then keep adding content to it and you'll be fine.
My website is through GBBO too and I was even editing a few days ago.
Take a peep at mine.

Thanks hillhead, I think i'll be editing and adding for a good while yet. Yours looks very good, with plenty of info, and pics. I decided not to show my address, and the map, as it could be seen by the wrong type of people i.e tool thieves and such like.

I see your point Phil but potential customers might be put off if you don't show an address.
I would have thought that 99% of online business's show all contact details, and the map just helps the search engines find you I think

Would be nice to have more pictures being clickable so they will enlarge and It is a good idea to point that out as many people surfing through your site may not figure that out
(click on the picture to see a larger view) in bold at the top of the pictures.

I do want to do that, but haven't been able to find how to do it yet. I also want to get the pics all the same size, and nicely in line.

Hi Phil,
Very impressive is the site, one thing i picked up on which others may disagree is in the useful contacts you've used 'the best' 3 times when describing others.
It's a big statement when describing others and could possible come back to haunt if a client disagreed.
Other words 'very competent'etc may work better.
Nice one
Kev
