I’m working on a new project and need some help sourcing custom electrical enclosures. The key requirement is that they must be IP66 rated – these are going to be installed in a pretty harsh environment, so dust and water protection is a must.
I’ve looked at a few off-the-shelf options, but I’m running into issues with getting the right dimensions and cutouts for cable entries, displays, and a few control buttons. Ideally, I’m looking for a supplier that can either customize existing enclosures or build to spec from scratch.
Has anyone here had experience with custom enclosures, especially IP66-rated ones? Any recommendations for reliable UK-based manufacturers or suppliers that cater to electricians or OEMs?
