John, I'd be of the same mind on this one. If the money is good then it's going to be a life-experience that will be worth it once you're done and look back on it.

Speaking of Georgia, I was just finishing a job a couple weeks ago and the customer was there visiting with two of his buddies. He introduced both to me and we were talking about the work we had done. Both of his friends had accents that I couldn't place. Both spoke English exceptionally well. One was from Russia and the other from Georgia.

One interesting thing about living in the Washington DC area is that I meet people from all around the world. My relatives in the MidWest (Kansas, Missouri) don't get those chances like I do here.

I have relatives in Georgia Rob, Atlanta to be precise, my uncle Dominic.

His daughter was born on the same day as me in 1966, I really should go and visit someday soon.

Dom, nice! If you ever go give me a shout. It's too far away from hear for a quick drive, but at least I could talk on the phone. Avoid the trip in July and August if you can--the humidity sucks.:incazzato:


I think the last time I was in Atlanta was 1985, when I went to see the Peach Bowl.
