Hi Neil, I use the Ryobi 18v from screwfix, bought the twin pack consisting of driver and combi drill, it came with 2 batteries and charger, cost £99 had it for 12 months and serves me well....Mark.

Thankyou one and all.I've done it and bought the makita BHP451RFE . It was a few quid more than i budgeted for but i think it will be a great investment .
