things have been a bit different this year, ive never seen this before at this time of year, theres a lot of new kids on the block bringing the rates down

ive had loads of cancellations because they cant fund the work, ive had two postponed , one a four day to be done after new year now the other is provisionaly booked in from end of jan to go through to march. the second job was supposed to be completed by 23 dec so to me its a result as its more work at a quite time for me, the same guy is doing three barn conversions next year for a customer so hopefully I will get on that job too

ps its one big barn being converted into 3 properties
