So come on why did the 'nonce' post get deleted , i noticed he commented but i couldnt get to see it ?

He had been added by a plumber and didn't want to be in another group so I asked if he'd rather me remove him and us all stay professional about it and he said yes so I removed him then his post.

To be fair to him it can get annoying just being added to groups but most people don't go deep into their Facebook settings to prevent it in the first place, they just kick off.
