Tilers Forums Official Sponsors

Hi all,

I've been working at PCS Ltd in Wigan, for just under a year. Signed up to the forum to represent PCS and answer product questions, installation queries, etc, that might be asked from time to time (I see that there's a few threads where our products are mentioned already but rather than resurrect these old threads Ill answer any new ones as they arise). Plus reading the forums here Im hoping to get some hands-on tips, tricks, and opinions about the tiling industry at the same time.

Thx
Jase

Hi,
Not brand new, it's been a month or so. But I am now closing in on getting ready for tiling. I know I am slow, but I can only do a couple of hours at night, maybe 4 hours sometimes. The hardest was becoming familiar withe difference in idioms between the US and UK.
From when I started and now it has made me change from hardiebacker to ditra and I even have started to understand why you have to do some things a certain way. It's also why I am taking my time and being so fussy on a part of the job no one will see.
My goal: I get it right and it lasts a good long while and no cracked ceramic tiles, a week, a month a year from now.
Thanks for allowing me on your forum. It has been enlightening.
