After borrowing both tools for 2 weeks, I have purchased a Fein Multimaster and a cordless 18v Makita 4 1/2" grinder of my own.

Im blown away, and dont know how I survived so long without them!

Neither of them were, sorry to say, I found cheaper sites selling them

Did buy a 4 1/2" marcrist blade, and a few sundries from him last week though

Check "shark" blades out on Ebay for good replacement blades at good prices too.

I get the bi-metals ones and yes I'm sure they last longer..

Yep, only on my first one, but so far so good,pretty certain they worked out cheaper than shark blades, good delivery etc. The teeth are a bit longer so they cut fast, but let them do the work or they can dig a bit if you hurry. I'm not saying the shark blades are bad, but i had a pack of ten, 8 just apart, unlike the Feins.
Wouldn't be without the multimaster, such a useful bit of kit.
