I will be knocking dave is door for one of these soon, one I have got on it is way out

pro tiler was selling the rubi mix 10 back along for about £110 , now thats a real mixer real power and they go on and on , my last one lasted 4 years being used every day

Because the dedicated mixer has a gearbox with a slower speed and extra strong motor with plenty of torque, much less strain on the electric motor. Also if you mix to fast you will end up with air in the mix and adhesive like blamange with no strength (will set like an Aero)

I am sure too many people on here have seen their normal drill go up in smoke when they decided to use it for mixing

I am one of those people who had a dewalt drill go up in smoke.

Bourght one of these just about a year ago now, absolutly worth it.

Pay a bit more and go for a Eibenstock, had mine over 15+ years and mixed god knows how much plaster with it.

My new toy been delivered today :hurray:. Thanks TradeTiler ..... Used my rubi and my friends vitrex today and vitrex got bit more power but, rubi is better
