yes but they are £72 plus del a mtr and they are between 20mm-45mm thick in the same box the corner are badly cut to i was thinking a third of that price

might be good for a clad house seen that done before on extension upstairs they used something similar to cut down on weight

very interesting thread, they'll look nice in the right place. i guess you'll only get 2 out of each brick due to the cutting marks on one side? and how are your fingers after cutting them to 5mm :yikes: i'd expect the bricks to crumble at 5mm

No Mike they are double cuts that is the point made from the middle of the brick but for feature walls kitchens all from waste no problem with the fingers i use a diamond blade its easier :lol:

A Lot of similar stuff was used around here in the late 90's and especially in kitchens. Not my cup of tea, but quite dramatic for a feature wall.

Hopefully my post can help you price them realistically so you can make a decent profit.
Standard prices seem to be £60 -£90, depending on the brick style.
Taking into account your time and wear on the cutting disc, time for picking up the bricks, transport etc. I'd say price them a bit higher.

pjc do you grout them like you would a tile, or use a pointing tool?
