Hello all...

Pleased to meet the lot of you. A collective with years of knowledge is such a brilliant idea and I look forward to chatting with all of you and sharing ideas. I'm tileboy and I'm new to this forum as well as to the wonderful world of tiling. I've recently completed a professional course in tiling and I am raring to go. I'm originally from South Africa and I've recently made a change from the corporate world, working in I.T to something more time forgiving and stress free. For those of you who read this I'd love to hear your stories about how you all got started. I'm quite new so I'm trying to fine tune my own entry into the market. I have loads of ideas but obviously any bit of help will be nice.

Otherwise I look forward to sharing my knowledge with you all and if I can be of any help to anyone please let me know hey, will be cool to make friends online.

I guess so but I believe anything that taps into one's creativity is worth the effort because you automatically get a pat on the back from yourself just from having done it right and then if your customer likes it you get a second pat on the back. We all search for validation and for it to happen twice in one day is a nice thing to have...Ha ha!!! All good though, nice to meet ya mate...
