Okay, just a quickie to explain the new features.
Member Of The Week (MOTW)
MOTW will be added to the forum homepage each weekend. Winning members get to go in the archives for all to see. The first week of the month the winner will be the Job Of The Month winner, so only those with access to the TilersForums Arms can win it, giving those who are in there an advantage over other members. So please do try to get in there.
The end of the month will be given to the top forum poster of that month. Excluding Dave of course who would win it month after month.
The other two or three weeks in the middle of the month will be granted by Admins and Mods and can go to any members for pretty much any reason. We'll be monitoring who posts the most pictures, who gives the best advice, who got thanked the most and who spent the most time on the forums and what-not, and we'll dish those weeks out accordingly.

TOPIC OF THE MONTH (TOTM)
Any forum member can nominate any topic as TOTM simply by clicking the button in the first post of the thread they want to nominate. This then shows in in the TOTM forum so others can see and nominate the same thread if they want to. The thread with the most votes at the end of the month wins, and that'll get archived for all to see.
Prizes may be given in the future, though as always, this is mainly to give member kudos and red carpet treatment from mods and members.
All the winners get archived, so you can boast about this within the forum and to your customers / tile suppliers etc.
Well done in advance to all winners. Please contribute to these features by nominating and voting and what-not. Though the best contributions to the features will be those that have helped members by posting good threads, lots of pics, JOTM entries etc.
